Having called the Northshore home for the past 35 years, Debbie Lee is proud to represent the interests of those investing in North Vancouver and Vancouver real estate. I’ve had the honor to see it grow and develop over the past years.
Debbie grew up in real estate from her family investing in various properties in the Lower mainland. She saw the value of owning real estate at a young age and wanted to help others achieve their goals with either getting into the market, investing in properties for long term growth, or finding a bigger or smaller home to meet their family needs.
With over 25 years in the customer service industry and 20 years’ experience in real estate, Debbie has built long term relationships based on integrity, professionalism and a ‘no pressure’ approach. Debbie’s genuine and out-going personality make the home buying process enjoyable and confident one for her clients.
Debbie prides herself in making sure her clients are educated on the stages and costs involved in each real estate transaction and ensure they have the information needed to make an informed decision in line with their personal and financial goals.
During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two kids, playing tennis, or going for a run in one of North shore’s infamous trails.
